Do not send a full version of the paper/video to the editors.Use the contact form below to submit a title and an abstract (either in English or Japanese). If the content of the proposed article/video is deemed to be suitable for publication on IJCT, the editorial board will send you an email requesting a full version of the paper/video. Write your paper following the Instructions for Authors or produce your video following the Instructions for Videos and submit it to IJCT as instructed.
